Designmela provides custom digital product design, web app development, brand identity systems, AI chatbot integration, and creative production services. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in individual project proposals or agreed project briefs.

Initial project inquiries and automated estimates provided by our AI assistant (Dee) or WhatsApp chats serve as preliminary scoping tools and lead capture. They do not constitute a final binding contract quote until formal scope and deposit are confirmed in writing by Designmela.

To ensure project momentum and resource allocation, all client engagements follow our standard payment structure:
- 50% Upfront Deposit: Due prior to project commencement. Payment of the deposit secures your project slot and official start date in our production schedule.
- Remaining 50% Balance: Due upon completion of project milestone review and prior to final file handover or live site deployment. Final design assets and code repositories are released only after the balance is settled in full.
💳 Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Upfront deposits secure reserved designer and developer availability. If a project is cancelled by the client prior to work commencing, deposit terms apply as agreed in your specific engagement statement.

We value long-term partnerships and word-of-mouth growth. Designmela offers structured discounts for returning clients and completed referrals:
🎁 Discount Stacking Rules
- Returning Client Discount: Enjoy 10% off total cost on your next project with us.
- Referral Discount: Receive an additional 5% off your next project when you refer a new client. Referral discount is credited once the referred client's project is fully completed and paid.
- Combined Stacking: These discounts stack! A client who both returns and has a completed client referral earns 10% + 5% = 15% total discount off their next project's total cost.
- Scope Limit: Discounts apply strictly to the next project's total cost, not current or in-progress projects.
Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full final payment, full intellectual property rights for custom deliverable assets, brand identity files, and site code transfer to the Client. Designmela retains the right to display completed deliverables in agency portfolios, case studies, and promotional showcases unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.

Timely completion depends on mutual collaboration. Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand assets, copy, credentials, and milestone feedback in a timely manner. Project timelines pause during client feedback delays exceeding 7 business days.

Designmela is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting downtime, API outages, or unapproved post-handover site modifications.
